Daniel took off the finish & scratched our $115,000 Steinway piano all over the top. We tried for 3 months to get him to fix it or make it right. He is a horrible communicator! He refused to use his insurance but now we wonder if he even has insurance to use. We had to use our own insurance to get our Steinway repaired. Couldn't be more disappointed or upset especially since we stored it with him & used him in the past. He refuses to pay our deductible or increased premiums. BEWARE OF CAPITAL PIANO MOVERS!
