Called to book 4 appointments for physio, and made sure to ask that there was no out of pocket expenses for bulk billing. I was assured that was fine, so I went for my first appointment and saw a sign in reception saying that there were out of pocket expenses. When Min Hang Yan eventually came out to get me for my appointment, I asked why I wasn't told about the expense on the phone, which she couldn't answer. I told her to cancel all appointments for me.
