Saw Dr Belinda Hasegawa. What bad luck that was. She ‘massacred’ my gums. I left bleeding and felt traumatised by the experience. There was no kindness nor compassion shown for me at all. The way she treated my gums was unkind. It took me days to recover and eat properly again. I had to write off my whole week from this one appointment. I will never go back again. Really bad experience here with Dr Hasagawa. No empathy, charges through the nose, talks down to you, caused untold pain and bleeding during the examination by roughly probing my gums when it was clear I was in discomfort the whole time. Reception staff are exceptionally arrogant. I'd recommend going to Sydney for perio treatment should you need it because the standard of care here is pitiful.

Dr Hasegawa was absolutely amazing!! So sweet and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I usually hate going to the dentist but this was the best experience I’ve had yet!
