While the services were satisfactory, it was the lack of communications and follow-thru that failed the test. In my opinion, there are two components to every project involving a contractor -- preparation/coordination and service performance. My wife and I lost count of the number of times Capital Painting committed to coming to the house and failed to show, which forced us to cancel/reschedule other events. I really enjoyed working with Stephany @ Capital Painting. She was very compettive in pricing, prompt and professional. The whole process was completed within a weeks time.
