Where to start? A week after I'd paid the rqstd down payment Paolo asked me for more $$. I said that's not our agreement. He mocked me saying "Are you short of money?" I had clearly requested Benjamin Moore paint and provided paint samples. Paolo ended up getting a cheaper knock-off paint without telling me. When I questioned the name on the paint bucket he made me buy my own paint at a cost of $500 to do the downstairs. This is over what I had already paid him for his cheap paint.
