John returned my call in one day. Came the following Monday and replaced a broken spring. Great guy. Professional. Quality work! Would highly recommend.
I'm giving Mr. Bouffard 1 star....not Capital Overhead Door. What a stupid thing to say.....most of the five star ratings are bogus. Actually, Mr. Bouffard is the one who is bogus. If you go through his ratings of other businesses, he doesn't seem to like very many of these businesses. My guess is that he never really contacted any of them and is just causing trouble. Definitely would recommend! Called John early on a Monday morning, he was there that day. He knew exactly what needed to be done (we had a spring break), and fixed it quickly. Very satisfied with John, his work and the price.
I had Capital Overhead Doors install a garage door opener for me. They were fast, efficient, friendly and reasonably priced.
Called John and its busy Monday, shared pic on phone reg the Garage door issue. He gave quote/estimate/final prize which is SAME. Was really impressed with his work. For any garage door service work would undoubtedly DEFINITELY recommend him.
