John is great. He has done 3 or 4 doors for us and he consistently beats other estimates. He is a one man show but this does not affect his service. Just yesterday I had a question about my < 1 year old door, groaning and squealing, and he was there within the hour to look and lubricate! He is very matter of fact which is also appreciated. Keep the business local!!!

This is my second time Capital Overhead. I left a message explaining my needs and received a call back within the hour. Jon was at my house in less than an hour and had my garage door fixed (broken spring) in 15 minutes. Highly recommended!!
