I just don’t get it. Why is making an appointment to visit a ENT so complicated. Tried leaving multiple messages on their web site Tried calling and leaving call back numbers and nothing. I even went to their office to see if I could talk to a person and they have a key lock on the door to prevent access. I’m just going to assume they are no longer here, so please go elsewhere.

Dr Yoo is a very caring, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough practitioner. Her office is no-frills, but her medical care is excellent.
How lovely to speak with someone with sensitivity and a caring nature. I contacted her about a patient of mine in emergent need. She took care of the patient and did it in record time. Changed the course or the patient's entire month, and cured the problem.
