Just wanted everyone who needs prosthetics to simply go to this company first. My friend went elsewhere first and had nothing but trouble getting them to listen to his opinions for six years, so much frustration. He finally found this new company and he is able to walk after only a few visits. So always check the reviews before hand. Such an amazing difference in confidence and abilities!
I have a friend who now has the ability to walk after only a few months working with this company! He was dealing with a different prosthetic company for almost 6 years that would not listen to his concerns and he was unable to walk. It is great to see him with the ability to walk and be independent!
Great friendly competent group that are always ready to help. Very good experiences with my 3 btlk leg assemblies and will continue to use this group for as long as they'll have me.
Be very cautious before picking up any orthotics from this office. My biggest issue is with their billing practices — there was zero transparency from start to finish. When I first came in, I was told my orthotics likely be covered by insurance. After that, I heard nothing for three months. No follow-up, no estimate, no out-of-pocket numbers. Everybody is fantastic! They’re not worried about the sale. They’re worried about getting you the type of brace that you need and then it fits you comfortably! Trust me this is a quality in an orthodontic business that needs to exist for all of them, and this company certainly demonstrates it.!!
