I am thoroughly fed up with this place. They are NOT open Mondays and Thursdays at the Kemptville location as advertised because the schedule is often changing, but I can attend in Barrhaven. Great, except the only reason I came here was because I’m in Kemptville. I can’t not get an appointment for my daughter within a reasonable time frame. One receptionist at the Ottawa location would need some professional client training! After berating a family member for being late and embarrassing this person in front of other clients is not acceptable!!

This is my second go around with Capital Orthodontics and the process was just as smooth as the first. In two appointments I received my Invisalign retainer. Dr Clarke is always professional and explains in detail what the plan will be going forward. I was surprised by the price of my second treatment, as I thought it would be double what it was. I highly recommend this Orthodontist.
