The optometrist Mr. Godoy was very nice and kind. Very good customer service. They helped me find a glasses frame that is exactly same as my old glasses. Very nice staff. Definitely will come back.
It was easy to make an appointment with very little wait time, it was close to my work and after my working hours. Free parking is available. I made the appointment because my previous prescription had expired and I couldn't purchase additional contact lenses. I felt very pressured to purchase expensive progressive glasses, even though I explained that I wanted to wear contacts and I would wear near-distance glasses as needed. I purchased my glasses really expensive prices they gave them to me and I couldn’t see well I got dizzy, I called back they te tested me and they found a problem with the glasses they promised me to give them to me the following Tuesday, they were supposed to call me, nobody did I called the Thursday and they just told me again the glasses arrived and they had another issue.
