This was my first visit at this Capital One Landing, lounge, a welcoming greeting by Melissa at the front. The time was just right, not busy at all early noon. A beautiful space with amazing staff. Nelly at the front was so welcoming, friendly and accomplished . Sean, Javier and Rafael were also so helpful and friendly while seving us amazing food and drinks. They all made our delayed flight experience so much better ♡
Very disappointed and definitely does not live up to the launch hype. There is no self service food and the portions are insanely small, so the whole process is very inconvenient for travelers who are typically on a time crunch.
Nice and clean lounge. Kind staff. Awesome view. Keep going CO! It might be industry standard.
Cute place to grab actual food! The atmosphere is really beautiful and the food is quite good shockingly. The eggs Benedict tasted perfectly and the Spanish omelette with potato was delicious. They also had yogurt, etc. I saw lots of people working on their laptops so it's a perfect place to chill for a bit. Loved it!
