Very rude staff. Very obnoxiously talking about guests. Would not recommend even with it being “free” access.
Terrific once you’re in, but capital one has not figured out lounges yet. You always need a reservation, there’s always a line, and there’s always a wait. Wildly frustrating to rarely be able to use the perk.
