Excellent Cashier Staffs services every time of my visits in the past years
Recently married. Tried adding my wife to my accounts. Went to do it in the branch but they told me it needs to be done online. I try to do it online they're unable to process and tell us to call. We call and give them all the information they request and they tell us we need to go to the branch. We go to the branch and they tell us they can't process and we need to wait 45 days.
Excellent service from the staff.
The full service branch was closed at the time. No access to the ATM inside the branch. There were only 2 drive through ATM on the side of the branch. The inside of the branch looks very classy. This is the only full service branch in a several mile radius.
