Lorena Thank you …. I have been to this branch before for the past three weeks and I expect my problem to be solved, but all that the staff seems to tell me is to call customer service, but today I met lorena. She was great. She solved the problem quickly and she was really patient and professional. I appreciate it. We need employees like her.
This is directed at all capital one customer service.. pathetic! Been a member for 5years now and I’m done.. last straw is yall cancelling my card before asking me.. then sending me 4pre-approval notices for a car while I have yet to receive my new car… so I gotta ask my friends to Zelle them and have them cash app it to me so I can have funds on the spot sometimes.. I been waiting over a month, it’s sad. Yall need to do better. I am! Byeeeeeeee
They have delay for everything post transaction pending transaction also take money multiple time from my available balance form my credit card and then give you accurate date for what they need 👎
This branch had some of the nicest and most compassionate employees I have met at a bank. When faced with the difficulties of a system outage, they met each customer with kindness and understanding of their frustrations. They were quick to provide possible solutions to the dilemmas each customer was facing and they helped walk me through the entire process of how to solve my issue. Would highly recommend.
