No help at all. I wouldn't say poor service, there was NO service. They should just close.
Very poor service. I've been trying to speak to someone about products that are contradictory to the website. For several days, all I get is an automated message indicating no one is available to take my call. Mind you the representative at the 800 number instructed me to contact the local branch. Again, very poor service. I guess it's a reason I stick with Chase.
Please add other locations on 59 north. I live in Livingston, TX and would love to have a branch here. Driving to Humble, TX is a pain!!
