They can do my house and did my steps but have not come back to complete the job nor give me the paperwork I paid for.
Had them do some foundation work on our house. Took payment halfway through, then never completed the work. Had to finish it myself, as they stopped responding, and never came back. Would not recommend them at all.
It started out so well. Tom was eager for the work (repair and resurface ~600sf basement concrete floor). We came to terms quickly. Work started on time, and lasted 3 days. He was paid in full, then the concrete began to dry. Uneven color throughout was disappointing, but only the beginning. My basement was done Septemberer of 2003. I have never had any flooding or leakage since then. basement continues to remain dry. Big Thank you to Sean and he's crew at capital one.
