Good afternoon I was just at the buffalo speedway location and its always a bank teller whom is very upbeat about helping everyone with their problems. Haan I think is his name he used to work over at the Kirby location he has been helping me since 2021 and I've always wait for him to help me...Great guy AWSOME banking skills
My transaction was processed efficiently. As I was leaving though I over here the cap one teller. Dude has long hair but anyways I hear him tell his customer to be quiet. And say “la gente de Cuba habla mucho y escucha poco”. Translates to “people from Cuba talk a lot and are terrible listeners.” I didn’t think it was cool at all. Distasteful joke if we can call it a “joke”.
I say here for 40 minutes to get something notarized, only to be told they don’t have one . Customer service and capital one do NOT go together! That is completely unprofessional and ridiculous but I sat there and listened to the tellers personal conversations!
Hans Hemmer provided excellent customer service and was significantly fast
