Horrible. Tellers are slow and rude. Not at all helpful Lines are always very long and tellers are constantly getting up from their stations to take breaks. If not for the ATM's I would never visit this Capital One branch.
I'm so upset. There's a time to use the ATM at 1 PM it's closed on the weekend. This is ridiculous! I needed cash and it's closed. Since when the ATM isn't available to the public 24/7. It's the ATM machine. It's not like I want to talk to a teller. I just need to use the ATM. I've been living here for a while And the ATM was always available. There's a ATM HOURS? I thought the times would be for the bank hours, not the ATM.
