My 20yr old went to make a deposit at 1:50pm on this day(Saturday)and called me to say there is no access to an ATM when the bank us closed.

Came with my parents. Unfortunately, they don't speak English. I asked for someone who spoke Spanish, and they were busy, so it was okay since I could translate it my. Parents were confused with something tried to ask when out of nowhere, he started to yell at my parents that they were being rude and they didn't even speak to him.
