There’s 15 machines and only one works, it’s been like this for 3 months. Theres always homeless people hanging out in the lobby I’ve been in this bank 20+ times and I have yet to see the staff once. There is trash on the floor and it is always packed with a long line for one machine no matter the time of day. Worst bank in queens.
This Capital One location has gone downhill badly. The branch often feels neglected, the ATM machines are constantly out of cash, and customer service has become frustratingly unreliable. On top of that, the location closed for remodeling without any clear communication—no email, no letter, nothing to notify customers. A disaster, there is never money in the ATMs, the hours of the ATM area are ridiculously reduced and inside the branch (when it was open) the service is pathetic....
