Great experience today at my local branch. I typically use the ATM, either drive through or park and go indoors. I walked in and Mohammad greeted me right away, which I liked. Unlike walking into some large banks and employees stare are you. I explained what I needed and he gave me several options. Then Hillary came over as well. They both were very friendly,helpful. I will quit CapitalOne Bank. Your 4 ATM machines have not accepted check deposits for the past 26 weeks. Totally unacceptable, shame on you! Do better!
If you need money fast don’t go here. You’ll be in line inside for an hour minimum
Farah is a front door greeter who will offer you NO help should you need any to open a CD with capital one. If you're not an online account opener, expect 0 help but plenty of attitude. Farah will offer you a piece of her mind about having to sit there on your own with the device offered to you by capital one. Regardless of the amount of your prospective deposit, Farah offers no assistance & not much emotion either. Why not hire an A I instead? At least we know what to expect from a robot.
