Después de lidiar en tantos bancos sin éxito intentando abrir una cuenta bancaria por primera vez, fui a este sitio y mi experiencia fue muy agradable me atendió la señorita Cyndi muy amable recomendando la mejor opción para mi, me orientó sobre el manejo de mi banco móvil, resolviendo mis dudas de manera práctica y eficiente sin duda recomiendo este lugar.
Hoy tuve una de las peores experiencias visitando el banco. Al ingresar una de las empleadas del banco de descendencia afroamericana me insinuó e intento presionar de que los depósitos de cheques se hacen en las máquinas que tienen ahí o en línea, también le dije que realizaría el pago de mi tarjeta de crédito pero aún así siguió insistiendo. I came to the bank this morning to deposit money in my account. What do I see? A legit homeless shelter in the bank! 3 bums sleeping inside. You guys need to do better! This is absolutely unacceptable

A TELLER AT THIS BANK NAMED NATALIE STOLE MONEY FROM MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT AND CHECKING ACCOUNT AND HANDED IT TO SOMEONE NOT ME. I DONT EVEN LIVE IN NEW YORK. I LIVE IN TEXAS. IVE CALLED EVERYONE.
