Every time I visit this branch, the wait time is 10–15 minutes. A staff member is positioned at the front of the branch asking customers about the purpose of their visit, but that role does not appear to help move the line any faster. Having that employee assist at a teller window could likely reduce wait times. When I was finally called to the teller station, the teller was engaged in a side conversation with another employee instead of focusing on the transaction. Good banking experience in the few years I've been using them. 24 hour atm for withdrawals and deposits is clutch too
I went to open an account today and was greeted by Denis. I didn't realize i didn't need to see a branch rep in order to set up an account, all you need to do is download the app ! It took 5 minutes and Denis was so helpful with letting me know what to do. My teller Greg was very nice, knowledgeable & helpful as well. Pleasant experience with all staff working today. Tx you
