I have been banking with Capital One since before they acquired my bank. It must be over 25 years now. I've been with this branch for the past 14 or 15 years. Ms. Lorraine is a gem. She's so informative, kind, generous, and truly cares for the bank's clients. I highly recommend banking here. I love that it is small and personal.
