They are mad sloooooooooow , Its weird because theres 4 employees and theres only one open window and tgeres a big line

I went to open an account today and was greeted by Denis. I didn't realize i didn't need to see a branch rep in order to set up an account, all you need to do is download the app ! It took 5 minutes and Denis was so helpful with letting me know what to do. My teller Greg was very nice, knowledgeable & helpful as well. Pleasant experience with all staff working today. Tx you
This is the worst branch in Brooklyn and that is saying A LOT..Tellers literally standing around while the line is out the door smh
