My husband and I had a great experience joining Capital One at this branch. Melvin was so kind and helpful and truly goes above and beyond for his customers! We are so happy with our decision to open our accounts here, and especially at this branch. Melvin is truly great at his job!
Horrible customer service. The ATM machine eats my money having a malfunction in the cash dispenser and I have to wait weeks for them to do an investigation while everyone in the branch knows the malfunction in the machine. Poor community and neighborhood that have to take a situation like that.
