They can be so rude. Happened to me, saw it happened to others.
My experience at this particular Cap One bank was outstanding. Jamila (sp?) was extremely helpful to me. I have a disability and she accommodated every need. I highly recommend the service by here. Kudos to this bank for hiring such a wonderful person.
This has to be the worst concept for a neighborhood bank. I love CapitalOne but I have no idea what this location is supposed to be. There is no drive thru. No hospitality. Entrances are locked and no way to easily get in (at least no way I could readily see). Space is beautiful and as a faithful CapitalOne customer, I would have loved to work here for 30 minutes while I waited for an appointment nearby. Also, whatever happened to offering Peets coffee at these Cafe locations? Wasted concept and wasted location. It’s a shame... read more
