Low staff all the time , some sitting and do nothing when there is line
Been to 3 different branches and everyone was incompetent!!! I can’t believe they spend that much money on advertising and they SUCK!!!!!
We came by without an appointment because we had 2 problems. We were very well advised by Stephanie (thanks again) and we were helped without any problems.
Capital One is false advertising. Offers an account called Checking account that has no checking. Not sure how they can call it a checking account when it has no checking. They need to call it a debit card account.
