I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ramzi this morning at the Potomac branch, and I cannot say enough about how outstanding he was. Low staff all the time , some sitting and do nothing when there is line
Been to 3 different branches and everyone was incompetent!!! I can’t believe they spend that much money on advertising and they SUCK!!!!!
We came by without an appointment because we had 2 problems. We were very well advised by Stephanie (thanks again) and we were helped without any problems.
