The Capital One Bank branch located at 13301 New Hampshire Ave in Silver Spring (corner of Wolf Dr and New Hampshire) left me wondering if they care how their customers are treated. I went today (12/18) to deposit a check for someone else who has an account at Capital One. The male cashier asked for my credit or debit card as ID. They have the WORST customer service at this location. Especially Elham. She is unprofessional. I hope the managers redo a customer service training seeing as tho the entire branch needs it
