I visited this branch last week and had a very unpleasant experience. The older lady with yellow hair was rude and condescending, questioning me inappropriately and giving unnecessary attitude. She made incorrect claims about basic check details, then responded with a sarcastic remark after I explained the situation; very unprofessional. Awful. We took our daughter to open her own bank account for the experience and opportunity to learn about money and couldn’t even get a warn welcome or someone half excited on a core memory for a child. We were told all of this is just easier to do online. If you’re looking to teach and educate your kids in banking this is not the location.
