I don’t usually leave reviews, but if you want actual customer service, don’t come to this location if the older West Indian woman with glasses still works here. Management should consider moving her to a non-customer facing role. I was ready to close my account because of her non-sense , the manager that was there didn’t have the decency to speak to me after I asked for her ,I drove 2 miles to the Hempstead branch instead, and they assisted me immediately .

Hello, Capital One. I am the General Manager of the Burger King restaurant located on Linden Boulevard. We hold a business account with you. I am absolutely furious today; I went in to get change for my store. The supervisor was incredibly rude—her body language and manner of speaking left me completely shocked!
