Team was short staffed, but Amy went out of her way to help me.... Today's visit was 'impromptu', so I'm very happy everything worked out. This is why I do all of my financial business with Capital One!
Walk into this bank and was told I could not open an account for my daughter, that I should go and open online. Then this wonderful lady, Ms. Saffron not just offered to walk me through, but sat down patiently with me and my daughter and took absolute care of us. I had made up my mind to take my business elsewhere, but her kind gesture and great spirit of not wanting to lose us as customers paid off…she is absolutely phenomenal 🙌🏾👍🏽
