My experience over the years has having been met with super friendly tellers and knowledgeable and courteous platform officers. Bank building has a traditional nostalgic feeling that I like too.
Only two or three people working at time, so you have to wait about 10 min or so for even the smallest transaction. On top of that I spoke with the bankers at the desk and they seem very uneducated in what the hell theyre talking about.
