Why can't I get through to the branch anymore? The local number now takes you to a general Capital One number where an automated service asks for information and you are placed on hold. After holding for ten minutes, I gave up. If I call the local branch, I should be able to speak with someone at this location!

So far I am very pleased with Capital One Bank. I have their credit card. I have gone paperless and it is so easy to check balances and pay bills.
