Not the branch! The tellers and most managers are really nice people and provide the best customer service the Corp will allow. The company however is awful. They’re squeezing every penny out of their customers and slashing services and closing branches to pay for their magnificent tower in Tyson’s Corner!!! My debit card has replaced cash in almost every transaction. I lost my wallet recently and had to wait EIGHT business days for a replacement debit card. That’s just outrageous.
