long line in lobby just open one counter? waste my time 🙄🙄😡😡
I was just told by the branch manager that I should move my account somewhere else if I wasn't happy that they took 9 months to reopen the bank and I had to drive 10 miles to transact business when most other businesses were back in less than 4 months. How insulting. Going to take his advise and I advise not to bank here as there are 8 other institutions within 2 miles of this location.
