-if i could give this place a 0 i would me and my wife were going to open up an account for our son we signed in and were waiting for someone to call us , then this lady came and told us to do it online and also said we can go on the tele line they do it there too . We said we wanted to wait becuase it was a new account we were opening and we obviously had alot of questions . Then she proceeds to talk about us when she goes back to her spot with her coworker .
