Atm took my money. I couldn’t pay in time for bill
capital one allowed someone to open a fraudulent account, deposit my tax return check, then draw to money out. that happened a month and a half ago. capital one has done nothing to fix this, after multiple phone call to their customer service. they just direct my call to an answering machine in their fraud department. the fraud department has never, never called me back. terrible customer service. dont trust this bank. I'm trying to figure out why some of the people that was affected by Hurricane Harvey didn't receive the one time allotment for $150. Whether we were affected direct or just not being able to get to work, running low on food. Capital One expect everyone to pay their bills on time, but only gave a selected few. I strongly feel like it should've been automatically given to everyone that was in affected areas. Every bit help. I called and and had to go through the third degree to get $50. Really!
