I have been banking with capital one for 20 years. This morning I was very disappointed to find out that you can no longer open teen account. They want everything done online. They lady at the pin oak location in Katy Texas was not helpful at all. The people at cinco ranch or customers service were horrible. Taking away personal banking is going to cause you to lose customers.

I have had to have so many fees reversed because their system doesn't recognize electronic and debit deposits that post and show availability before their cut off time. I made a credit card payment yesterday and it posted yesterday to vote my account and the credit card. It always take at least one day to show pending.. Guess they need those extra fees. I'm really concerned about capital one banking practices!
