I know that most of your clients aren't babies or toddlers. But I can guarantee you that a lot of them are parents, grandparents, or caregiver and would really appreciate you having a place to change their children. So that they don't have to cover the dirty bathroom (not gross dirty but it's a floor and still dirty.) in paper towels before laying down a changing matt to change their wiggly baby/toddler on it. I am sure that your employees or guest don't want the table in the lobby to be used as a changing table.

This is the second time I was trying to deposit cash into the ATM and it shuts down taking my money and my card. Money was not deposited into my account. That was my rent money that is due today. Last time it took 24 hours to get credit for my money. That will not work this time!
The wait was long and their was no one waiting in the lobby. Absolutely no one came to acknowledge me. I had to walk to the teller and ask for assistance when I clearly didn't need teller help. The banker didn't acknowledge me and didn't greet me at all. It was overall a poor visit for me and I will not be returning to this location.
