I’ve been a loyal customer for 26 years, and my bank recently froze my primary household account over a generic verification email that was buried among routine notifications. This left my family unable to access our own money for essentials, causing serious disruption and stress. The communication was unclear, the process poorly executed, and their handling completely unacceptable. After this experience, I will be closing all my accounts and will not recommend this bank to anyone.
This is not a convenient place to go. I need a couple of thousand and the manager told me they don’t have a money even they told me to let them know a day before a BANK without MONEY it doesn’t make sense.
