This is not a convenient place to go. I need a couple of thousand and the manager told me they don’t have a money even they told me to let them know a day before a BANK without MONEY it doesn’t make sense.

My very young minor daughter wanted to deposit a check from her grandparents into her account at the ATM. The machine would now accept her ATM card, and we requested assistance from the staff inside. The the banker (I think his name was Adrian) asked for photo identification from a small child, which we did not have, and he refused to assist.
