Stood there in line for almost 3 minutes while the tellers weren't busy waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I asked the guy if anyone was available he said they will call you when ready. Tellers are suppose to be express and support for the customers. Get it together

Just went in to deposit a bill the ATM refused because of a stain. The cashier marked it with a counterfeit pen multiple times and stated it was getting darker (which it was not) then the coworker came over and agreed. The guy then went on to explain that he'd have to send it in to get checked out and it's a lot of work. This person needs to be retrained on how to use the counterfeit pen and also retrained on customer service.
