Just went in to deposit a bill the ATM refused because of a stain. The cashier marked it with a counterfeit pen multiple times and stated it was getting darker (which it was not) then the coworker came over and agreed. The guy then went on to explain that he'd have to send it in to get checked out and it's a lot of work. This person needs to be retrained on how to use the counterfeit pen and also retrained on customer service. Mo was the man
I went to this bank intending to get three documents related to a real estate transaction notarized. A long list of documents that they will not notarize was recited to me by the teller, including real estate. Frankly, I can't think of anything they will notarize. I walked down the block to the UPS store and it was taken care of immediately. I'm very disappointed in Capital One.
