One maybe two tellers working the counter during lunch is a joke ! The average time to get a check cashed is 15-20 minutes so I feel bad for anyone with only a 30 break because I have an hour and still have to rush my lunch to get back to work on time . It’s easy to see why you are rated 1.5 out of 5 .

I love Capital One, been with them for years. I will remain a customer. Yesterday I went to make an ATM deposit, and it told me to take my money back as it couldn't read my bills. It shorted me 108.00.
Frustrating experience. Long wait, less than helpful employees and couldn't get my own money. Enough to drive me to another bank after 15 years.
