Dear Capital One Customer Service, I am writing to formally complain about the customer service I received from Silver Spring Capital One branches on Saturday. I visited the branch to complete a banking transaction, but unfortunately, my experience with the teller was very disappointing. Because it was Saturday and the branch was approaching closing time, I felt that the staff were rushing me instead of taking the time to properly assist me. There was construction in front so it was noisy. The people were friendly and helpful although I felt as if they were a little slower paced than I am used to.
Customer service was good and the seating is nice and clean
This is the worst bank! They do not monitor the parking lot. And everyone in Silver Spring uses this parking lot as free space as they shop in this area. Every parking space is taken. However, there are not that many people in the bank, as but the parking are all taken. I have complained to them before about this issue. There’s no place for the actual banking customers to park!
