Customer service was good and the seating is nice and clean
This is the worst bank! They do not monitor the parking lot. And everyone in Silver Spring uses this parking lot as free space as they shop in this area. Every parking space is taken. However, there are not that many people in the bank, as but the parking are all taken. I have complained to them before about this issue. There’s no place for the actual banking customers to park!
