I went to the drive-in window today at Capital One on the loop today and had the worst experience ever. I was st the main window WHEN the young girl showed up I gave her a check and asked her to cash it please. She looked at it and walk ed off without a word, came back and went to counting out some money and left again without a word. Few minutes later another young girl showed up glanced at my check that still remained in the deposit drawer and left. I waited almost 10 minutes and NO ONE returned to the window.
