PLEASE let corporate know some of us are TIRED of the Charles Barkley commercial that is repeated TWICE in a row several times during a regular show on TV. It disuades my decision to bank with Capitol One because that's how worn out I am with the repetitive commercial.
I usually want to use the drive thru ATM but it doesn't have money. I don't like to stand in a line at the outside machine. If it's empty I go to TD
The drive through ATM is always down either you can’t make a deposit or can’t retrieve funds and you have to go inside. This review however goes to all banks that are located in communities that are considered the hood. There’s always an issue wrong with the machines and sometimes it’s for days at a times. However in affluent areas it’s never an issue. This is why I selectively choose where I bank to avoid the stress.
