I have been a customer of Capital One for over 30 years. I do not have a problem with the personnel at this particular bank, just with corporate Capital One. On June 17, 2024, two of my bank accounts were hacked by someone. They took $16,500.00 from my savings account and transferred it to my business account. They then did ACH transfers from my business account totaling $17,183.74. Within 20 minutes of all of this happening, I called the Fraud Department to stop the transfers.
