Horrible I think they will be first to Close doors and lock up your money in case of recession. Good interest rate on MM.
It is unfortunate that all of the Capital One branches in Richmond were closed in favor of the cafe concept. Some customers still desire the traditional banking feel. I happen to be one. This means that I have to travel approximately 45 minutes to go to the Stafford branch. There is one teller that I have dealt with that consistently makes it her business to ask me 1) what I am pulling my money out for and 2) whether or not I am making a big purchase.
