Unprofessional, Incompetent, and Extremely Rude – Avoid This Branch I will never step foot in this branch again. I visited to process a check issued to a closed business, bringing complete legal documentation of my 100% ownership. Instead of helping or checking company procedures, a female staff member was shockingly rude. Haven't been inside this location in years, and frankly to be honest, the Fort Lee Location is better. It's absolutely laughable how a bank has a 24 hr ATM at the drive up banking entrance, yet ATM hours inside the bank differ AND is closed Sunday despite the fact that there is a card reader. The bank needs to change their times regarding ATMs. I can't speak for the staff, but Capital One needs to open a new location a.s.a.p because for there to be only 2 in a 15 mile radius is absurd as well.
