Your branch on Williams Blvd in Kenner Louisiana is a JOKE! June 9th at 4:30pm I went to withdraw money using drive up (only because the lobby is closed.) I sent my slip in with asked amount and account number along with ID. 5 minutes goes by and they asked for a second form of ID because of the amount requested, which is my money. I sent in my social security card, and a work ID. 5 more minutes goes by and the teller tells me the funds are not in my account. I am a single father that has sole custody of my son. I went to a nice dinner the day after pay day and found my card was declined. Yesterday,when I deposited my check I was told as a 360 customer that I could not deposit and withdraw on a check but I would be able to access my money the next day. Obviously this was not the case.
