Shittiest bank in the world , 9 times I’ve deposited my money and it has taken my money without putting the money in my account , then earlier today went through the drive thru because the atm always does that and the lady put 518$ that I needed for a trip into someone else’s account so I will have to do another claim this is the worst bank I’ve ever seen

These people are ruining my life. I had an account with them 5 years ago. I closed it out and they sent me a bill for charges made to the account after I had moved out of state. I didn't get the bill even until 2 years later because of the move and the only reason I found out was because it was sent to collections during the months i was trying to buy a house. My realtor advised me to just pay it so i could move forward so i did. Now 3 years later they are trying to say i still owe them. They are ridiculous and shady AF! Nev... read more
