Was actually at the south Carrollton location which I used to live next to in the river bend- yesterday I got a lollipop in the drive thru 😱
Closing my account asap. Useless, my account has a hold on it since the 21st, supposed to be available yesterday and nope. Can anyone help me, nope. Did I talk to 4 different people today? Yes and 3 since the 21st, now you're going to make it where I can't touch my account when my next direct deposit hits on the third, so thanks, that's awesome.
I went to pay a balance from 2009... They told me that I do not have any balance. However the clerk associate found the way to charge that money, which doesn't appear on their system! A thrives they are. The were unable to show me a receipt of what they were charging. Banks never loose money, remember the economic crisis? Who paid the damage? Us, the people.
