We closed a CD out in a large amount here and it's been a full month now with 2 failed check attempts which we had to go in twice after calling NDB many times and get 2 different stop payments done. They said we could have it wired instead for our inconvenience and it would take 1-2 business days. You guys are awesome. You remember my name and call me by it every time I walk in. I've been with several banks but you guys won me over for life! Ethan is probably one of the most professional and has a can do attitude. I personally think capital one is truly lucky to have employees like him.
