The teller was sweet and helpful. One thing I didn’t like is the fact that they no longer had a public restroom and I needed to go badly. Had to walk across the street to the 7-eleven.
Worst bank EVER! I had a account specialist Laura id no given 502057 who refused to help me close a savings account and abused me on the phone. Can never get accurate information on my accounts! Was told the executive board doesn't care about customers. Worst customer service EVER! I just closed all accounts with Capitol One #neveragain #capitolone
