The ATM machines at the outside don’t even take my money that I need deposited I put 2 100$ bills and 5 20$ and it didn’t even close to grab them it just remained open and I waited for 3 minutes and it still didn’t grab my money to the point I tried the other 2 ATM and same problem
Went in because I had fraud on my account and felt uncomfortable dealing with it over the phone. I was greeted by Alfredo who jumped right in and took charge. He took the time to help me and made sure everything with my account was ok without me having to ask. Great customer service!
