I came in with an urgent issue regarding my account, and he handled everything with such professionalism and care. The most horrible branch to go To, they denied my cashiers check for no reason when the next branch I went to had it done in ten minutes. DO NOT go to forest lane capital bank.
This Bank deserves ZERO Stars. I used Capital One for more than two years and because I've never racked up a high usage on the card they lowered my Credit Limit by 10K ! I reached out and put in a review and they declined it in 5 minutes. Spoke with a supervisor and she told me there was nothing that could be done. This bank does not value their members and I would not reccommend to my worst enemy. I will happily never use my Venture Card again and continue to use my AMEX and Chase instead.
