I deposit a paycheck every week. Randomly they will withhold funds from the check for days at a time. When you call Customer Service, they say it’s policy to just hold onto your money for as long as they feel like. I suggest banking anywhere else. Your money is not safe here.
Came to deposit my check. Do I like the bank ? Yes. Do I like that they take more time than Wells Fargo to have funds show up in your account ? No. I bank with both and I like them both but Capital one has been good
