Monica has terrible customer service she was fake working not to help me then came to counter only to help her mexican customer then verify me for 10mins as I was getting money out of her account I know capital one is a great bank just hiring the wrong people
They won’t tell you the bank card information even if you verify that it’s you and won’t give you a bank card even when you go to their physical location. Very useless bank
