All services are declining.
Closed all branches within 20 miles of me. Now have to use ATMs at Targets and they are 15 miles away in either direction. I'm disabled and have to fight for parking at Target and trudge thru TX heat only to find that the ATM is once again not working! I had this happen 2x in 1 week. I'm sick of it! Used to be a great bank, but I'm done with it now. Closing account this week - as soon as I can figure out where the closest branch is that is still operational...very bad move, Capital One!
Using the word bank to describe this location defies all logic! No tellers, no teller windows, no cash drawers, no loan officers, no pens, no computer terminals—the place was empty except for three random people standing casually around a high table with i-pads, and two ATMs inset into the two side walls! Thought I was in some futuristic nightmare or “The Twilight Zone!” On the positive side, the “assistant” who helped me navigate this mess was very helpful and very... patient.
