I'm visually impaired, legally blind. I only see a very teeny bit out of my right eye.I see shapes colors stuff like that.But cannot read, cannot see anything.Clearly this is governor says he. I come in here needing to withdraw cash.Because capital one has closed all their locations, so I have to come all the way from westminster.Maryland to frederick, if I have to do any bank. They let some random person from another state get a Business account under my name and I been reporting it fraudulent for the past 6 months. They said there is nothing I they can do to help. The credit bureau are saying that capital One has to fix the issue but capital one refuses and keeps hanging up the phone on me every time I call.

So I had a problem with my bank account it keeps going into the negative when I never purchased anything. I tried going into the 7th St bank. They were very rude and unhelpful and argued with me for a good 5 minutes. I tried to explain that I never buy anything unless I put funds into my checking I was completely ignored and was told that the reason it was in the negative was because I kept purchasing stuff and not having funds. I had an issue with my business account, and getting service over the phone was not getting me anywhere. I visited the 7th st branch and was welcomed by Sunita. She was very helpful in getting me to the right place and to the right person, who was able to correct the issue.

I received a check from my car insurance company and did a mobile deposit. Five days later the funds are *still* not in my account. There was zero reason for them to tack on a delay to this check: It's clearly from my insurance company with a memo for accident reimbursement. Called their CS, first guy hung up on me, second guy was like, well there's nothing we can do. My car is ready to be picked up but I can't pay the mechanic, and now I'm going to be responsible for another day of rental.
