I had an issue with my business account, and getting service over the phone was not getting me anywhere. I visited the 7th st branch and was welcomed by Sunita. She was very helpful in getting me to the right place and to the right person, who was able to correct the issue.
I received a check from my car insurance company and did a mobile deposit. Five days later the funds are *still* not in my account. There was zero reason for them to tack on a delay to this check: It's clearly from my insurance company with a memo for accident reimbursement. Called their CS, first guy hung up on me, second guy was like, well there's nothing we can do. My car is ready to be picked up but I can't pay the mechanic, and now I'm going to be responsible for another day of rental.
Just replace the staff with AI chatbots at this point when you have an issue with your account all they can do is call the 1800 number like you can from your home. I am in the process of moving all my money and accounts to another bank.
Service varies wildly depending on who you get. Drive thru service especially is awful.
It's a mig mistake dealing with Capital One. Awful bank with terrible service.
