Recently opened a few accounts at a Frederick, MD branch office. Although, I cannot claim the customer service on day one was stellar, I am happy with my decision to bank with Capital One, despite the rude, curt and rather disrespectful demeanor of the one heavyset African American teller and lackluster assistance from the male employee who assisted me with establishing my accounts. Got to the branch at 3:30 to open a business account, was told that it will take a while that they don't open business account that time in the afternoon, went back the next day was told by another employee that they don't handle it at the branch that I will have to do it myself online, I've been banking with capital one for many years now and there customer service was excellent, now it has declined terrible, it seems that they don't value your business anymore, what a shame!
