Too late they have lost a loyal over 30 years customer. I have a new bank and will be closing my accounts by the end of the month.
I have never had any issues with this bank until now! Someone hacked our account and charged over $4,500 to our account. They have done NOTHING to help us!! They originally said it would be returned within 3-5 business days and are now telling us 10. Please explain to my 3 children and pregnant body why I can't buy groceries for ANOTHER week, Capitol One! How can you expect a family of 5 with another on the way, to go 3 weeks without ANY money!? Capitol One Bank let an unauthorized draft go thru my husband's bank account. He is in the hospital and doesn't know what day it is or where he is, but Capitol One won't let me report it back use I am not on the account. I explained the circumstances to a supervisor and even she insisted on my husband giving her the information. That is just plain wrong.
